Yesterday 10 brides and grooms walked down the aisle and later were entertained by an Elvis impersonator before tucking into their delicious cakes. But this ceremony was not just different because of the number of happy couples - but because they were all dogs!Love-A-Stray Animal Rescue in Avon Lake, Ohio came up with this novel idea to raise funds - and it proved a winner. That some of the couples were matched up minutes before they were married made no diference when it came to taking their "Bow Wow Vows".
The day passed off, unlike some human weddings, without any fights breaking out, though one groom, evidently feeling rushed to the altar, tried to run off.
Catering for the event was provided by the Grateful Dog bakery and included yappetizers and dogsserts.
Ok, enough of that!
