Always the Bridesmaid....

The recently released movie 27 Dresses may not be exactly required viewing , but it's sure to give both brides and bridesmaids plenty to think about and admire - as well as a good laugh!

Basically it's the story of Jane (Katherine Heigl, of Grey's Anatomy fame), who has been a bridesmaid an amzing 27 times. The proposed 28th occasion is different though as she tries to come to terms with standing by as her sister marries the man she's secretly in love with. But was he really the man for her anyway?

It's not going to win any oscats, but this is fun movie, with lots of laughs, a witty script and engaging characters in a plot that moves along at a nice pace.

If you are still looking for a wedding dress the movie is worth seeing for the range of fabulous gowns on display at the various weddings!
