General Information about Austria
Austria is a land of mountains, rivers and lakes, running from the Alps in the west to Vienna on the banks of the Danube in the East. It is entirely landlocked, with no coast.
It has been heavily influenced by its neighbours, with parts of the country very Germanic in nature while in others you could almost feel yourself in Italy.
